PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve further downsizing of a pump and easily and accurately detect abnormality of a sealed liquid by including a pressure control device for the pump at the exterior of a pump body.SOLUTION: The interior of a variable displacement type pressure control chamber installed at the exterior of a pump communicates with the interior of a mechanical seal chamber or an oil sealed type motor chamber in the pump thereby controlling an internal pressure of the mechanical seal chamber or the oil sealed type motor chamber in which a seal liquid (C) fills. |
