PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new type of a mining vehicle and a method for the same that actuate the mining vehicle having three phase or more power driven motor having at least one separated winding wire per phase.SOLUTION: A nominal output of an electric driven motor 5 is determined based on predetermined drive speed and load so that the electric driven motor has nominal torque at predetermined rotation speed, and the electric driven motor is connected to traction wheels 6 using a certain gear ratio. Rotation speed of the electric driven motor is controlled using a motor controller 11. The electric driven motor is actuated at specific drive speed in a state of delta connection, and if needed, the electric driven motor is actuated at drive speed smaller than the predetermined drive speed in a state of star connection, thereby increasing torque of the electric driven motor at the drive speed smaller than the predetermined drive speed and at the same time temporary overload-actuating the electric driven motor without increasing amperage of the motor controller. |
