PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel that reduces an influence of a surface shape of an operation surface in determination of touch input to improve determination accuracy of the touch input.SOLUTION: A touch panel system 11 includes a display 3, and a touch panel 2. The touch panel 2 includes a touch operation unit 21, and a sensor electrode 22 that detects a touched position of the touch operation unit 21 and outputs a voltage signal indicating the touched position and the intensity of the touch input. The touch panel system 11 further includes a micro computer 4, and a memory 5 that stores an initial table Ti in which reference values of a voltage signal for determining the effectiveness of the touch input is determined. The reference values are determined in advance on the basis of displacement of respective positions of the touch operation unit 21 from a reference surface. The micro computer 4 compares a voltage value of the voltage signal from a sensor with a reference value corresponding to the touched position from among the reference values in the initial table Ti, so as to determine the effectiveness of the touch input. |
