摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface light emission unit which makes non-light emission part inconspicuous by reducing unevenness of brightness.SOLUTION: A surface light emitting unit 100 includes light emission panels 10A, 10B and a light guide member 20 which is opposite to non-light emission parts 15A, 15B from the surface side. The light guide member 20 includes optical adhesion surfaces 21A, 21B which optically adhere to the light emission panels 10A, 10B, refractive surfaces 22A, 22B in which an inner angle formed between the optical adhesion surfaces 21A, 21B and the refractive surfaces 22A, 22B becomes an acute angle or a right angle, reflection surfaces 24A, 24B in which an inner angle formed between the optical adhesion surfaces 21A, 22B and the reflection surfaces 24A, 24B becomes an obtuse angle, and a light emission surface 27 which continues to edge parts 26A, 26B of the refractive surfaces 22A, 22B. At least a part of the reflection surfaces 24A, 24B and at least a part of the light emission surface 27 are located so as to be contained within a projection area obtained when projecting the non-light emission parts 15A, 15B adjacent to each other toward the side where light is emitted.
