PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote support server in which when users, who are not a company conducting a remote support business, mutually perform remote support, settings of a subject, an object, and the like of the remote support are managed at the server.SOLUTION: A remote support server 200 specifies, as to a user terminal 10 and a user terminal 150, that one executes remote support and the other receives the remote support. Also, the user terminal 10 detects, in response to an instruction from the user terminal 150, an electrical appliance 50 connected to a local area network to which the user terminal 10 is connected, so as to determine model related information of the detected electrical appliance 50. Then, the user terminal 10 can solve a trouble at the electrical appliance 50 by enabling setting operation from the user terminal 150 to the electrical appliance 50, and browsing of an appliance state of the electric appliance 50 by means of the determined model related information. |
