PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pants with an orthotic girdle of a fly-part opening/closing type making a wearer easily move, providing the wearer with excellent wearing comfort, and having a high body-type correction effect.SOLUTION: The pants with the orthotic girdle stores a girdle part in the pants including body piece fabrics 3 and a waist fabric 4. The girdle part 6 includes: a notch part 12 provided at a position equivalent to a fly part 5 of the pants and sewn at the circumference of the fly part 5 of the pants; an annular suspension cloth part 9, the upper part of which is sewn to a sewing part between the body piece fabrics 3 and the waist fabric 4 and constituted of an elastic fabric; a first tightening part 10, the upper perimeter of which is formed corresponding to a lower perimeter of the suspension cloth part, that extends from the notch part, and is surroundingly worn around the periphery of the pelvis of the wearer; a second tightening part 11 that extends from the inguinal region via a position corresponding to the greater trochanter to the gluteal sulcus; and a third tightening part 12 that passes over the sacral spine and energizes the first tightening part and the second tightening part so as to bring them close to each other. |
