摘要 <p>The joining device comprises a feed device designed to feed a filler material (5) at a feeding position, and a beam guiding device for guiding a light beam. The beam guiding device comprises a scanner mirror and reflection device having a first and a second reflection portion. The scanner mirror is arranged such that a scanning mirror drive is movable. The light beam is moved back and forth between the first and second reflection portions by movement of the scanner mirror. The joining device is moved along a feed direction relative to workpieces (3) during assembly. The joining device comprises a feed device designed to feed a filler material (5) at a feeding position, and a beam guiding device for guiding a light beam. The beam guiding device comprises a scanner mirror and reflection device having first and second reflection portions. The scanner mirror is arranged such that a scanning mirror drive is movable. The light beam is moved back and forth between the first and second reflection portions by movement of the scanner mirror. The joining device is moved along a feed direction relative to workpieces (3) during assembly. The first reflection portion is disposed such that light beam is reflected from the incident light beam in a region extending from the feeding position in the feeding direction, and the second reflection portion is disposed such the light beam is reflected from the incident light beam in a region extending from the feeding position against the feeding direction. The joining device further comprises a control device, which is connected with and arranged to the scanning mirror drive, a temperature sensor, a position sensor, and a distance sensor. An energy input profile is adjustable by the control device. The scanner mirror drive is controlled with respect to a scanning mirror movement profile. The first reflection portion has a first reflection surface normal, and the second reflection portion has a second reflection surface normal. The normal first reflection surface has a direction different from the normal second reflection surface. The reflection device comprises two plane mirrors, and a mirror having a curved mirror surface. The first reflection portion is formed by the first mirror and a first portion of the curved mirror surface, and the second reflection portion is formed by the second mirror and a second portion of the curved mirror surface. The temperature sensor is arranged and designed such that a temperature is detected at positions of the joint and/or of the supplied filler material. The control device is connected to the temperature sensor, and is arranged such that an input of energy profile is adjusted in response to an output signal from the temperature sensor. The position sensor is designed for detecting the feeding position. The control device is connected to the position sensor, and is arranged such that the input energy profile is set with respect to the output signal of the position sensor. The distance sensor is arranged and designed for detecting a distance between the feed device and the workpieces. The control device is connected to the distance sensor, and is arranged such that the input energy profile is adjusted as a function of the output signal of the distance sensor. The beam guiding device is designed such that the light beam transverse to the feed direction is deflectable. An independent claim is included for a method for operating a joining device.</p>
