The piston-cylinder-arrangement has a cylinder housing (2) made from plastic, in which a piston (15) is mounted for actuating a clutch release bearing (5) in an axially movable manner. The cylinder housing is surrounded outside of a pre-load spring (7) that applies a pre-load on the clutch release bearing. The pre-load spring is surrounded by an armor sleeve (6) overlaid outside of the cylinder housing. The armor sleeve has a flange (8) on a side set opposite to the clutch release bearing, against which the pre-load spring is axially supported. An independent claim is included for a method for manufacturing a piston-cylinder-arrangement.
