FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to corrugating roll to be used for corrugation of heavyweight paper or cardboard. Heatless corrugating roll has outer contact corrugating surface. Proposed roll comprises a channel made between opposite sides air with ambient temperature to be forced by vacuum source there through from the roll contact surface vial roll into the channel.
