The shaft has a cavity made coaxially to it. A carriage is arranged in the cavity. The installed carriage has a possibility of back and forth movement. On the carriage surface there is at least one groove with an inclination along the shaft axis. A rotating ball has point contact to the groove. The ball is installed so that it can receive energy of force applied for movement of the carriage and transfer it for conversion to force moment to an actuating mechanism rotating the shaft. The mechanism represents a system of levers and consists of calculated number of levers. Levers are installed so that they have point reception and point transfer of the forces applied to them so that outlet force of the previous lever is inlet force for the next one. As components installed on the shaft, with which the levers interact, the device includes brackets rigidly fixed on the shaft. Free ends of brackets are installed in assemblies. Assemblies represent frames. Brackets and levers are fixed in frames in close point contact with the frames and to each other.EFFECT: designing of an ecofriendly independent device using converted difference of applied force for rotor rotation.4 dwg
