CYLINDRICAL SHRINK LABEL, CONTAINER WITH LABEL, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CONTAINER WITH LABEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a label having a favorable label mounting configuration without causing angularity of corners of the label even when the cylindrical shrink label is mounted at least across a peripheral edge of a container top or a container bottom from a container outer peripheral surface.SOLUTION: A container with a label 10 includes: a container 20; and a cylindrical shrink label 30 mounted on the container 20. The cylindrical shrink label 30 covers a whole outer peripheral face 23 of the container 20, and is mounted in such a state that a label upper end 31 which is one end in an axial direction of the label is located on a peripheral edge of an upper face 24 and a label lower end 32 which is the other end in the axial direction of the label is located on a peripheral edge of a lower face 25, respectively, and has a notch 37 formed on an upper face covering part 35. The notch 37 suppresses bending in a thermal contraction process of the label, and prevents a portion that cannot be completely shrunk from being generated.
