PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data input device capable of achieving high-speed data transmission without causing power generation loss of a solar battery during data reception.SOLUTION: When a data transmission section 10 pulse-width modulates an LED backlight that illuminates a data transmission region of a display screen of a smartphone 100 on the basis of transmitted data and generates an optical signal from the data transmission region, a data reception section 20 which a quartz wrist watch 200 maintains an output of a solar battery to be photo-electric converted at a predetermined level after receiving an optical signal and detects transmission data transmitted from the data transmission section 10 on the basis of a signal in a predetermined frequency region superposed on an output of the solar battery maintained at a predetermined level. |
