PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the attachment accuracy of a substrate, which is attached to a frame member at a later stage, relative to the frame member.SOLUTION: A first substrate 16 including a first connector 50 is held so as to move relative to a frame member 14. A second substrate 18 including a second connector 52 connected with the first connector 50 is fixed to the frame member 14. The first substrate 16 moves thereby inhibiting influences on the position accuracy of the second substrate 18 relative to the frame member 14. |
