PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball screw capable of reducing sliding resistance between a male member and a female member while effectively suppressing intrusion of fine foreign matters to between the male member and the female member.SOLUTION: In a ball screw 1 which includes a male member 2, a female member 3, and a seal material 4 disposed on one end portion or/and the other end portion in the axial direction, of the female member 3, and in which the male member 2 and the female member 3 are axially fitted to each other, the seal material 4 includes a hole 15a which can communicate with inner peripheral faces 10 and 11 of the female member 3, and a rubber layer 15 including short fiber, and having a fitting face 15b with a projecting portion 15c fittable to a male groove 7 of the male member 2 in inserting the male member 2 into the hole 15a, and a part of the fiber in the longitudinal direction, included in the rubber layer 15 projects from the fitting face 15b toward an inner side in the radial direction. |
