PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a tablet having high tablet hardness even if a low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose is added in a relatively small amount, and excellent in disintegrability.SOLUTION: The method for producing a tablet comprises the steps of: granulating while spraying an aqueous dispersion of a low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose which has an average particle diameter of 5 to 100 μm and a degree of hydroxypropoxy group substitution of 5 to 16 mass% against a tablet-forming composition; and tableting the resultant granules to form a tablet. The content of the low-substituted hydroxypropyl cellulose in the tablet is 1 to 20 mass%. |
