Provided are: a multiplexing unit (5-1 to 5-3) for multiplexing a reception signal into narrow-band multiplexed signals; a demultiplexing unit (7-1 to 7-4) for demultiplexing an inputted signal and generating a demultiplexed signal; a transmission antenna (11-1 to 11-3) for transmitting the demultiplexed signal generated by the demultiplexing unit (7-1 to 7-3); a regenerative relaying unit (102) for generating a modulated signal by modulating an information sequence obtained by demodulating the demultiplexed signal generated by the demultiplexing unit (7-4); a multiplexing unit (5-4) for multiplexing a modulated signal into multiplexed signals of narrower bandwidth than the reception signal; and a switch unit (6) for inputting the multiplexed signals multiplexed by the multiplexing unit (5-1 to 5-3) into the demultiplexing unit (7-1 to 7-4), and inputting the multiplexed signals multiplexed by the multiplexing unit (5-4) into the demultiplexing unit (7-1 to 7-3).
