NOVEL GENE ASSOCIATED WITH PLANT STRESS RESISTANCE, AND USE THEREOF

摘要

The present invention provides a composition for enhancing non-biological stress resistance, comprising the nucleotide sequence encoding the Capsicum annum drought stress responsive 6 (CaDSR6) protein of a plant. The nucleotide sequence of the present invention is involved in resistance to non-biological stress of a plant such as drought, salt stress and the like, and a transgenic plant in which the nucleotide is overexpressed shows remarkable resistance to the non-biological stress, and thus can be useful as new functional crops regardless of the climate or environment of the cultivation areas.
