PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of enhancing more reliably recognition accuracy of a word matching with a top irrespective of a personnel organization of users existing around a system while eliminating the necessity of word additional registration work by a user.SOLUTION: A dictionary updating apparatus includes: a user document acquisition part 11 for acquiring user document data representative of a document including a document containing information recorded by a user; a keyword extraction part 12 for extracting a keyword out of part of information recorded by the user among the user document data; and a weighting changing part 13 for changing a weight to a word based on the keyword out of words contained in a dictionary part 21 in which a word and information representative of a weight thereof are stored.
