PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of easily adjusting the positions of projected images to each other in a short time, without using a camera.SOLUTION: Projection type display devices 1A and 1B include projection lenses 11A and 11B projecting an image, lens shift mechanisms 12A and 12B shifting the positions of the projection lenses 11A and 11B, lens shift sensor parts 13A and 13B detecting lens shift information, and range-finding sensor parts 14A and 14B detecting installation position information, respectively. A position adjustment device 3 allows the projection type display devices 1A and 1B to shift the positions of the projection lenses 11A and 11B, based on the lens shift information and installation position information which are detected by the projection type display devices 1A and 1B. |
