PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrogalvanizing processing method and an electrogalvanizing processing apparatus that eliminate the possibility of occurrence of hydrogen embrittlement (delayed fracture) derived from electrogalvanizing processing and are excellent in cost performance and environmental load reduction.SOLUTION: An electrogalvanizing processing method that plates a steel material is characterized by including a first step for blasting a surface of the steel material to make it rough, a second step for forming a plating layer of nickel or nickel alloy to prevent hydrogen atom immersion on the rough surface of the steel material by electroless plating, and a third step for forming a zinc plating layer on the surface of the nonferrous plating layer by electrolytic plating. An electrogalvanizing processing apparatus has similar characteristics. |
