PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately protect information to be transmitted or received in proximity radio communication.SOLUTION: A portable radio device 2 comprises: a first communication unit 11 which performs proximity radio communication with a communication device; an authentication unit 12 which performs authentication processing with the communication device via the proximity radio communication performed by the first communication unit 11; a second communication unit 13 which performs proximity radio communication with another portable radio device; and an operation control unit 14 which controls the other portable radio device via the proximity radio communication performed by the second communication unit 13 after the authentication processing is normally terminated.
