PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power module structure which surely can reduce the inductance.SOLUTION: With a power module structure 1, a reduction effect (P2 in Figure) of the inductance due to cancellation of magnetic field between a current I2 flowing in an input terminal electrode 2 at a positive electrode side and a current I3 flowing in an input terminal electrode 3 at a negative electrode side can be obtained in addition to a reduction effect (P1 in Figure) of the inductance due to cancellation of magnetic field between the current I2 flowing in the input terminal electrode 2 at the positive electrode side and a current I5 flowing in a first output terminal electrode 5, and a reduction effect (P3 in Figure) of the inductance due to cancellation of magnetic field between a current I6 flowing in a second output terminal electrode 6 and the current I3 flowing in the input terminal electrode 3 at the negative electrode side, thereby, it is possible to surely reduce the inductance. |
