PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an encryption technique by which a transmission device and a reception device use a solution generated in such a way that the solutions generated in the same order are the same, so as to increase versatility without sacrificing safety.SOLUTION: An initial solution, used for solution generation in each of two communication devices that communicate with each other, is sent from one of communication devices to the other. The last solution of solutions which are generated by both communication devices by a mutually determined number of solutions from the initial solution, is set as a new initial solution. Using solutions generated on the basis of the new initial solution, a transmission device performs encryption, and a reception device performs decryption. |
