In the present invention, a drive force transmission unit is removably attached to an actuation unit in a hollow section by being inserted through a channel from an insertion opening and, in the state of attachment to the actuation unit, rotates about a drive shaft to transmit rotational drive force to the actuation unit. The drive force transmission unit is provided with a linear section that extends along the drive shaft in the channel, a tip connecting section that is connected to the actuation unit when the drive force transmission unit is in the state of attachment to the actuation unit, and a drive force receiving section that is positioned to receive the rotational drive force from a drive source unit when the drive force transmission unit is in the state of attachment to the actuation unit. |
