The invention relates to a device for the drive control of a two-cylinder thick matter pump having a diverter (22) which is arranged in a material charging container (10) and a motor-driven hydraulic variable displacement pump (28), via which both the drive cylinders (18, 18') of the thick matter pump and the drive mechanism (24) of the diverter are controlled. A special feature of the invention consists in that an adjusting throttle (58) is arranged in a pressure line (34) between the high-pressure outlet (36) of the variable displacement pump (28) and the drive cylinders (18, 18') of the thick matter pump, in that a control line (62) which leads to an adjusting mechanism (60) of the variable displacement pump (28) is coupled back from the pressure line (34) downstream of the adjusting throttle (58), and in that a connecting line (66) which leads to a supply connector (64) of the diverter hydraulics and in which a fixedly adjusted throttle (68) can be arranged is branched off from the pressure line (34) upstream of the adjusting throttle (58). This achieves a situation where the oil flow is regulated in terms of delivery flow in the delivery phase, whereas it is controlled in terms of pressure in the reversing phase. The latter is the case, above all, if the variable displacement pump (28) additionally comprises a pressure regulator for limiting the delivery quantity if a predefined maximum pressure is exceeded. |
