The device has elastic, one-side or both-sides opened hollow bodies (10) adapted to a body part to be trained relative to size and shape. The hollow bodies are provided with elastic, elongate connecting elements (12) e.g. elastic bands, in an interior. The hollow bodies include handle-like elements, loops or recesses for feed through of the elastic, elongate connecting elements at an outer lateral surface. The hollow bodies lie at hands and legs and commonly enclose fingers and toes when the hands and the legs are inserted into the hollow bodies.
