<p>The purpose of the present invention is to provide a highly precise imaging device and lens unit that can be assembled with good positional precision with respect to a lens holder without affecting optical performance, even when a compound eye lens member having poor outer dimensional precision is used. Positional alignment is accomplished by a lens-side positional alignment part (LG) and a holder-side positional alignment part (HG). Specifically, two diaphragm parts (IPm, IPn) in specific positions are used as the holder-side positional alignment part (HG), and two lenses (211m, 211n) are used as the lens-side positional alignment part (LG), and positional alignment between a first lens array (210) and a holder (100) can thereby be performed with good precision. At this time, the effect of positional alignment on optical performance can be suppressed by maintaining a state in which the plurality of diaphragm parts (IPm, IPn) in the holder (100) are arranged in a centered state and form openings having substantially the same shape.</p> |
