The instrument has an adjustable clamp which is provided for gripping a bone (1,2) in an opening portion (16) of a fixing region for introducing the fixing portion of the bone in a receiving region (17). The fixing portion of the bone is arranged closely to the receiving region for fixing the fixing portion of the bone in a desired position, so that the curved contour side (14,15) of the bone is faced in the receiving region, such that the cross section of the bone is adapted to fit in form-fitting manner. An independent claim is included for implant system for fixation of bone with osteosynthesis.
