摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate random numbers with high disorder that is capable of simplifying an entire system, and can cope with a request for generating a high-speed random number.SOLUTION: A high-speed chaos optical signal generation optical circuit is configured to: demultiplex, by an optical demultiplexer SP-1, clock signal light to be output from a light output port P-MZ-1-cross of a Mach-Zehnder interference type light intensity modulation part MZ-1 into two systems; input the clock signal light of two systems to phase modulators R1 and L1 provided in two interference arms in the Mach-Zehnder interference type light intensity modulation part MZ-1 as clock signal light for controlling a phase modulation; and thereby generate a phase difference in clock signal light to be input from a light input port P-MZ-1-1 and propagating in the two interference arms. The phase modulators R1 and L1 sufficiently eliminate the clock signal light for controlling the phase modulation, and selectively output only the clock signal light obtained by modulating the phase. Further, the phase modulators R1 and L1 have a light reception part provided on one port not led outside, of two light output ports.
