PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods, devices, reagents, and kits for detection of one or more target molecules that may be present in a biological sample.SOLUTION: A method comprises: (a) bringing a biological sample into contact with an aptamer with a slow dissociation rate from a target, where the aptamer contains at least one C-5 modified pyrimidine and is obtained through a SELEX method including an enrichment process with a slow dissociation rate; and (b) detecting and/or quantifying target molecules in a test sample. |
