PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a system and a method capable of further sufficiently mixing a raw material being fluid.SOLUTION: A mixing device 20 mixes a raw material being fluid, and comprises: mixing means 30 having a pair of oppositely arranged rotor plates 32 and 35, providing projection parts 33 and 36 in a circular shape in a mutually different position around a rotational center in a radial direction of the rotor plates 32 and 35, communicating a clearance 45 interposed between the mutual projection parts 33 and 36 with an external part of the rotor plates 32 and 35 and mixing the raw material supplied to the clearance 45 by passing through the clearance 45; rotary means for rotating both or one of the pair of rotor plates 32 and 35 in the mutually opposite direction; a mixture flow passage 48 for flowing a mixture being the mixed raw material; pressure detection means 61 for detecting pressure of the mixture flow passage 48; and pressure adjusting means 62 for adjusting the pressure of the mixture flow passage 48 based on the pressure detected by the pressure detection means 61. |
