PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device capable of accurately determining abnormality in exhaust particulate detecting means.SOLUTION: In an exhaust emission control device, an ECU (electronic control unit) 6 determines abnormality of a DPF (diesel particulate filter) under a condition that a difference between a value X2 of an output change speed of a PM (particulate matter) sensor 5 in DPF regeneration control, and a value X3 of an output change speed of the PM sensor 5 at the same time as a fuel injection time T in DPF regeneration control after the DPF regeneration control, is smaller than a predetermined threshold value. |
