PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device having excellent characteristics.SOLUTION: An electronic device includes: a semiconductor substrate 10; a driving circuit 21 provided on the semiconductor substrate; an insulating region 30 including a first insulating portion 31 provided on the semiconductor substrate and formed from a plurality of interlayer insulating films and a second insulating portion 32 provided on the first insulating portion, and covering the driving circuit; a high-frequency element 40 provided on the insulating region, driven by the driving circuit, and receiving a high-frequency signal; wiring 50 including a first conductive portion 51 provided in the first insulating portion and a second conductive portion 52 provided in the second insulating portion, and transmitting a driving signal from the driving circuit to the high-frequency element; and a resistive element 70 provided between the second conductive portion and the high-frequency element, and preventing leakage of high-frequency components from the high-frequency element to the driving circuit. |
