PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synonym estimation device, synonym estimation method and synonym estimation program capable of specifying a synonym close to a query for which search is requested with better accuracy.SOLUTION: A learning unit 42 learns a parameter, for a learning tool having a multi-stage configuration, in such a manner that a difference between an evaluation value calculated from each of a plurality of feature values of a plurality of character strings and a score becomes small as for the learning tool of the first stage based on data for learning. As for the learning tool after the second stage, it learns the parameter in such a manner that an error becomes small between the value of a calculation result in which an evaluation value up to the previous stage is calculated with predetermined weighting and a score. A specification unit 47 specifies a synonym whose meaning is close to a query out of a plurality of synonym candidates by using the multi-stage configuration learning tool in which a parameter which is learned by the learning unit 42 is set. |
