PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement soil wall capable of maintaining a growth environment of afforestation plants for a long period while implementing an effective countermeasure against frost heave.SOLUTION: A reinforcement soil wall has: a plurality of wall face materials 20 configuring a retaining wall; and a reinforcement embankment 10 which is reinforced with a reinforcing material 12 laid inside a stratified embankment layer 11 at a rear face side of the wall face materials 20 with one edge of the reinforcing material 12 connected to the rear face of the wall material 20. A frost heave restriction layer 30 made up of hard particles and compost is constructed between the rear faces of the wall face materials 20 and a front face of the reinforcement embankment 10.
