The base element (10) has a cylindrical ceramic element (12) that includes a first front end (16), a second front end (18) and an outer surface (14). The helical swirl pattern (20) is formed in sections by the grooves (24) spirally arranged on the outer surface of the ceramic element. The first front end is provided with a conical recess (22) for receiving the article element. An anti-twist plate is arranged between the main portion and the article element.
