PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bare yarn supplying device installed in a circular knitting machine 2 in which a cylinder needle 10 is up-and-down movably held on an outer circumference of a cylinder 5 rotating around its longitudinal shaft, in which yarn breakage and yarn spring of the bare yarn s and failure in knitted tissue are completely overcome, a special needle is not need to be developed and operative control of the knitting machine in supplying the bare yarn s is not necessary.SOLUTION: A bare yarn supplying device comprises a bare yarn guide roller 20 rotatably supported around a horizontal rotating shaft 26 at upper circumference of a cylinder 5 such that a bare yarn s is introduced into a bare yarn supply point BP set on an up-and-down movement track of a cylinder needle 10, a roller holding mechanism 22 in which an installed position of the bare yarn guide roller 20 can be adjusted such that the bare yarn s at reaching part to the bare yarn supply point BP guided with the bare yarn guide roller 20 is positioned to be an acute angle of longitudinal directed yarn supplying angle α against a horizontal surface including the bare yarn supply point BP. |
