PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a cooking container from being used in a half-set state at an initial state of a milling step.SOLUTION: The automatic bread maker includes: a cooking container that is stored in a baking chamber provided inside a machine body and in which cooking materials including the cereal grains are input; a mill blade provided in the cooking container; a kneading blade; a motor for rotating the mill blade and the kneading blade; and control means that controls executions of a soaking step of soaking the cereal grains in liquid, the milling step of, after the soaking step, milling the cereal grains by the mill blade, and a kneading step of, after the milling step, kneading dough by the kneading blade. The control means rotates the kneading blade in the soaking step to reliably mount the cooking container on the bread making machine. |
