An IC card performs non-contact communication with external device. The IC card includes a receiving section, a command processing section and a transmitting section. The receiving section receives a command transmitted from the external device. The command processing section performs command processing based on the command and generates a response when the receiving section receives the command. The transmitting section transmits the response to the external device in one time slot out of a plurality of time slots in which data is transmitted to the external device. |
