<p>This method of producing a collagen production promoting suspension involves fermenting Cladosiphon okamuranus and soybeans with Bacillus natto, adding branched cyclodextrin to the obtained fermented liquid and performing protease treatment; subsequently performing alkali reduction treatment to prepare a cell preservation solution and adding collagenase thereto to prepare a collagenase-containing cell preservation solution; subsequently adding, dispersing and reacting sheep hair root and skin tissue to the collagenase-containing cell preservation solution, and suspending, in the cell preservation solution, skin cells after the reaction to obtain the collagen production promoting suspension. Further, the sheep's hair root and skin tissue are preferably cleaned in the cell preservation solution.</p> |
