A solar cell according to the present invention comprises: a substrate; a first electrode formed on the substrate; a first type semiconductor formed on the first electrode; a second type semiconductor formed on the first type semiconductor; and a second electrode formed on the second type semiconductor, wherein at least one among the first type semiconductor and the second type semiconductor comprises nano-size silicon particles.
