PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information management system which provides operating information of an instrument, such as a SOC or a travel position of an EV, to an external application, in which a definition on information provision, such as a range of information and means for the provision to the external application, is generated, and on the basis of the definition, information to be provided, providing means, and access propriety for the external application are controlled in accordance with a definition of access condition, which is generated on the basis of items representative of a state of an instrument whose values change moment by moment.SOLUTION: On the basis of a contract content input from a user of an instrument or the like, a definition of information provision is generated by using a corresponding definition conversion dictionary. In accordance with a range of a value of a time series information item collected from an instrument, a condition of reference propriety of an application is defined; the time series information, which is a target of access propriety determination, are collected by a unit of a period; and the access propriety determination by the unit of a period is performed by comparing a maximum value and a minimum value of the time series information in the period with a boundary value specified to an access condition. |
