PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor excellent in responsiveness when the temperature sensor is applied to a heating roller, etc. to detect temperature.SOLUTION: The temperature sensor includes: a pair of lead frames 2; a sensor assembly 3 connected to the pair of lead frames; and an insulating holding section 4 which is fixed to the pair of lead frames and holds the lead frames. The sensor assembly includes: an insulating film 6; a thin film thermistor section 7 composed of a thermistor material made to form a pattern on the surface of the insulating film; a pair of comb-type electrodes 8 which have a plurality of combs above the thin film thermistor section 7 and are made to form a pattern facing each other; and a pair of pattern electrodes 9 which are connected to the pair of comb-type electrodes and are made to form a pattern on the surface of the insulating film; the pair of lead frames being bonded extending to the surface of the insulating film with the thin film thermistor section in between, and being connected to the pair of pattern electrodes 9. |
