PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that contains a binder resin having pigment uniformly dispersed therein, excellent in low-temperature fixability, and having practically satisfactory mechanical strength of output images.SOLUTION: There is provided (1) a toner containing at least a crystalline resin as a binder resin, and having a primary amino group in the density of 0.1 to 10 μmol/g; and the toner according to (1) in which in a diffraction spectrum of the toner obtained by an X-ray diffraction device, when the integrated intensity of a spectrum derived from a crystalline structure of the binder resin is (C), and the integrated intensity of a spectrum derived from an amorphous structure is (A), the ratio (C)/[(C)+(A)] is 0.15 or more. |
