PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional stereoscopic image and parallax adjusting device of the stereoscopic image do not disclose a point that in which range a parallax angle of the stereoscopic image is to comfortably view the stereoscopic image when the whole screen of the stereoscopic image is viewed and a problem that it is unknown that in which parallax range the stereoscopic image can be viewed the most comfortably.SOLUTION: A stereoscopic image data processor (1) for parallax-adjusting stereoscopic image data being image data for stereoscopic vision includes: a stereoscopic image data input section (2) for inputting the stereoscopic image data; a parallax adjusting amount calculating section (6) for calculating a parallax adjusting amount in response to a parallax adjusting base angle being the parallax angle which is reference of parallax adjustment; and a parallax adjusting section (7) for parallax-adjusting the stereoscopic image data in response to the parallax adjusting amount and generating parallax adjustment stereoscopic image data. The parallax adjusting amount moves the parallax adjusting base angle to any value from -0.5 degree to -0.2 degree.
