PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge/discharge device which charges/discharges a secondary battery on the basis of an instruction with respect to charge/discharge control and easily suppresses malfunction of charge/discharge caused by communication abnormality of the instruction.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge device which sequentially receives instructions with respect to charge/discharge control of a secondary battery and charges/discharges the secondary battery on the basis of the latest of the instructions comprises: a communication determination unit for determining the presence or absence of communication abnormality related to reception of the instruction; and a storage unit for storing control information with respect to the charge/discharge control of the secondary battery. When it is determined that abnormality is present, the charge/discharge is performed on the basis of the control information stored in the storage unit instead of the instruction. |
