PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge/discharge a power storage device with an optimum charge/discharge schedule considering a past use history.SOLUTION: A charge/discharge schedule management device 10 for managing a charge/discharge schedule for power storage devices included in a plurality of electric vehicles used by a plurality of users comprises: a charger/discharger for charging/discharging a power storage device in an electric vehicle; a storage unit 11 for storing an electric vehicle use history in a predetermined period including identification information on the electric vehicle and use time of the electric vehicle associated with each other; and a schedule determination unit 14 for determining a charge/discharge schedule of the power storage device of the electric vehicle while excluding the next vehicle operation time estimated based on the use history, in at least either of timing of being in a state where the charger/discharger and the electric vehicle are connected and timing of being in a state where the charger/discharger and the electric vehicle are disconnected.
