PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide buckets having improved cooling circuits that provide more efficient and well distributed cooling.SOLUTION: A bucket assembly 30 includes a shank 32, and an airfoil 34 positioned radially outward of the shank 32. The bucket assembly 30 further includes a main cooling circuit 60 defined in the airfoil 34 and the shank 32 and comprising seven passages 61, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, each of the seven passages 61 to 67 fluidly connected with adjacent ones of the seven passages 61 to 67. The maximum rotation number in each of the seven passages 61 to 67 is less than or equal to approximately 0.4. |
