<p>The sunlight exposed surface comprises iron salts. The solute and/or readily soluble iron salts provided in the surfaces exceed a sulfur compound such as solute and/or readily soluble sulfate by more than 0.6 times. A mass of solute and/or readily soluble copper and/or vanadium salts is arranged in the surfaces as the solute and/or readily soluble iron salts. The mass of solute and/or readily soluble copper and/or vanadium salts in the surface is one hundredth of the weight of the solute and/or readily soluble iron salts, and does not limit the ratios of the iron salts and the sulfate. The sunlight exposed surface comprises iron salts.
