The present invention relates to a conveyor inspection device to check with a vision camera by irradiating light on measurement objects continuously supplied by a number of conveyors and the conveyor comprises: a first conveyor for carrying measurement objects; and a second conveyor. The first conveyor comprises a first conveyor belt rotating a drive shaft with power and a number of idlers rotating by a rotational force from the first conveyor belt; and the second conveyor comprises a second conveyor belt rotating with power of a slave shaft received from power of the drive shafts and a number of idlers rotating with a rotating force from the second conveyor belt. The conveyor inspection device comprises a separated space between the first and the second conveyor and a light source is located in the space. By inspecting both front and rear surfaces of products passing through the conveyor inspection device, manless automation across the manufacturing industry such as confirmation of size, assembling status, foreign substances, etc. is achieved thereby being able to select defective products and discarding. |
